How to use
Use like all other mustards. We recommend bearing in mind that this is quite a strong mustard!
- Mustard sauce: sea buckthorn berry mustard, fir shoot syrup, olive oil, salt and pepper – in the amount the chef deems just right!
- Sea buckthorn berry mustard marinade shish kebab: one jar of mustard, one jar of fir shoot syrup, 3-4 kg of meat, vinegar and onion
- Ground sea buckthorn berry shells & mustard
- 150 ml
