Stir in fir-shoot syrup and add curry. Season turkey fillet with salt, put it in a larger bowl and pour over the prepared marinade.<br \/>\nKeep in a fridge for about 2 hours. Cook marinated meat with little oil in a frying pan for about 30 minutes (175C). Serve with fresh salad and baked potatoes.<br \/>\nA spoonful of fir-shoot syrup will also help in case of a sore throat.<br \/>\nLamb carree with fir-shoot syrup<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>700g lamb carree\n<li>\n<li>3 tbsp soy sauce\n<li>\n<li>1 tsp herb-salt\n<li>\n<li>200g red wine\n<li>\n<li>200g plum juice\n<li>\n<li>5 tbsp Tervix fir-shoot syrup\n<li>\n<li>Rosemary and thyme\n<li>\n<li>Salt\n<li>\n<li>Pepper\n<li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Serve with pumpkin risotto<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>200g risotto rice\n<li>\n<li>2 shallot onions\n<li>\n<li>2 cloves of garlic\n<li>\n<li>100g marinated pumpkin\n<li>\n<li>2 dl white wine\n<li>\n<li>200g vegetable stock\n<li>\n<li>150g soy mayonnaise\n<li>\n<li>130g soy cottage cheese\n<li>\n<li>1tsp balsamico\n<li>\n<li>Salt\n<li>\n<li>Pepper\n<li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Combine all ingredients and pour over meat, let to season and cook until tender. Take out of the oven and pour over or brush with fir-shoot syrup.<\/p>\n<p>To make risotto saut\u00e9 chopped onion and garlic in oil. Add rice and stew a little. Add pumpkin, white wine and half of the vegetable stock, stew and season.
