Sea buckthorn berry oil
Sea buckthorn oil is extracted from the shells of sea buckthorn berries, high in vitamin E and Omega-3 fatty acids, with rape seed oil. The orange-brown colour of the oil shows its carotenoid content, which is a good stimulator for the immune system when taken internally. Thanks to its bioflavonoid content, literature associates the healthiness of sea buckthorn berry oil with the enhancing of the recovery abilities of the skin and lining, thereby supporting the healing process of skin damage when used externally. As such, sea buckthorn berry oil can be used internally for gastric ulcers, heartburn and inflammation of the mouth lining. Find out more about sea buckthorn berries
